Appointment Cancelation Policy

 Cancelation Policy:

At Dr. Li's TCM Clinic (Rhodes branch), we understand your time and the time of our practitioners is valuable.

Our customer's time is respected, and all of our practitioners do their best to run on time. Your punctual attendance is of great importance to us. Arriving 5 - 10 minutes before your appointment time is appreciated.

We do understand that from time to time, plans may change and that it is necessary for you to change your appointment, but no-shows, late arrivals and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. We politely ask that you please consider other patients and respect the practitioners' often limited appointment times, and contact us asa early as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

It is a policy that late cancellations will be considered as no show, of which will incur a cancellation fee (varied accordingly, please see below)

  • More than 24 hours of notice: No extra charge

  • 5 to 24 hours of notice: 50% of the service you intend to book

  • Less than 5 hours of notice: 100% of the service you intend to book

Please note: Penalty will be applied directly on the next session. Health Fund rebates are not permissible for cancellation fees.

If a customer has multiple appointments booked for future dates, and fails to attend an appointment, then it is important to confirm these appointments again with reception. Failure to do so will result in reception releasing these appointments to other patients. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another customer access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Appointments
